TheRebelRisingBlog - God & What’s All This Fuss About Meaning?
I’m sure like many, you’ve gone down the rabbit hole trying to figure out what and who is God and why you’re here, what’s the meaning of life, and why the heck am I still paying for these damn subscriptions I no longer use.
If you possess an adventurous spirit who needs to understand how the world works (like me), you’ve traveled down many roads to figure that out. I’m sure it led you to various belief structures over the years, but for me, they never seemed to click into place. They left me with more questions than answers. Even as a toddler I drove my mother crazy asking the same questions over and over again - Why? What’s this? And still my mother’s answers never seemed to satisfy me.
Of course she couldn’t help that. After all, she was just as programmed as the rest of society. And I know she felt that down inside herself. She was constantly bitter, angry and discontented.
That’s the sure sign of a restless spirit.
When most people think of God, the image they conjure up is sometimes of a preternatural being living on puffy clouds (sounds a little like Mount Olympus to me). Or someone who has given himself as a sacrifice to the masses. A being who might’ve once walked the surface of the earth and taught fervently the right way to think, act and be, and if not …. go to Hell. Of course, they don’t all embrace the Hell part, but the linear 3D reality always plants its seed and punishment is always at the core of the storyline. Somehow it never made sense to me. Why, if God supposedly loves everyone, he would impose so much ill regard to the lives of beings he created on this plane of existence in the first place? Over the years I mulled over the various categories these beliefs fell under, tried to feel into them, but none of them fit. I felt restriction, self doubt, fear, ineffectual as a human being, lost and confused. And most of all, never good enough.
At some point something suddenly clicked into place. You see, we are all energy beings- first and foremost. When we experience the human world, we get caught up in the complex narrative of this place. So if we are all energy beings, should we not be looking at all of this from that perspective? I came to realize that when we do decide to become part of the human race we take on an identity to represent ourselves, incorporating gender, culture, a family storyline, all this to fit into the mass mold. But that’s not really US. That’s merely a small particle of the whole. We’re much more than that.
And then I came to realize that we are all a part of the universal energy field, or universal life force, or God Force - whatever you wish to call it. And then it made sense to me. Each of us as spirit radiates from this energy source to partake in a purely creative medium where we can experience that piece of self within the confines of this reality. And the biggest truth in all of this is - WE are responsible for all that happens to us. Not those avatars we’ve given our power away to. Those statues we place to the side of our beds hoping on some level that they will make our lives that much easier to navigate.
Sometimes we need to pull back to look at the bigger picture, revealing an even bigger truth.
As a channeled entity, Bashar brings some interesting thought provoking touches to this canvas we call the great unknown.
This may get a bit mind boggling and will twist your thinking process, but this only means it’s helping to undo the concepts we’ve all taken as concrete evidence of our mass reality.
